Additionally, the personal contact information you provide will be retained in our database and will be used periodically to provide information related to the Women’s Memorial Foundation and its programs and activities, and gift shop items and to offer opportunities to support the Foundation’s fundraising activities.
The personal information you provide about your military service, or that of the individual you are registering (name(s), rank, branch of service, awards & decorations, memorable experience, birth date and place, hometown) will be retained in the database and will be accessible by members of the public who visit the Women’s Memorial. Personal contact information is never available to or accessible by members of the public or any third party.
Personal contact information provided to us for purposes other than registering yourself or another person or donating to the Women’s Memorial Foundation will be used to respond to an inquiry and may be retained in our database for future correspondence with you.
