Anyone with information about Helen W. Hubbell. She may have been a Third Officer and was located in the Third WAAC Training Center, Ft Oglethorpe, GA, 1943. She was born in VA, but lived in France for 12 years and was an ambulance driver in the French Army until 1940. She was a supervisor in Plans and Training while at Ft Oglethorpe.
